At The Glam Harbor, we're dedicated to getting your beautiful new items to you as quickly as possible.

Most of our products are ready to ship and will be sent out within 2 business days of placing your order.

In the rare case that a specific stone combination is not immediately available, we'll let you know right away. Since all our products are handcrafted and uniquely made, it may take an additional 2 to 3 weeks to create and ship your item.

If you don't want to wait, you have a couple of options:

• We can ship a similar product with a different stone combination.

• We can issue a full refund for your order.
