We want you to love your purchase from The Glam Harbor, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help!


Our 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to decide if it's right for you.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, and in its original packaging. Please also have your receipt or proof of purchase handy.


How to Start a Return

Ready to return an item? Just reach out to us at theglamharbor@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label and simple instructions on how and where to send your package back.

Please note: We can't accept items that are sent back without first requesting a return.


Damages and Issues

Please take a moment to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you find the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item, let us know right away so we can get it sorted out for you.


Refunds

Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll let you know whether or not your refund has been approved. If it is, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Just a heads-up, it might take a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
